It's Halloween Time Again!

October is winding down, and at the end of this week, it will be that time of year again---the annual Medford Halloween Parade! The parade began in 1947, when the Township of Medford met with the Medford Vincentown Rotary Club. They wanted to see if they could hold a special event around Halloween where all the young people of the town could participate. The people of Medford thought a parade sounded like an amazing idea, so the first parade was held that same year. Since that amazing first year, the parade has quickly grown. Today, the Medford Halloween Parade consists of over 10 marching bands, 40 different hand-made floats, and many costumed marchers. This year, the parade will be held this Saturday, October 26, and starts at 7 p.m.

Will Pride Paws be open during the Medford Halloween Parade this year? Yes, we sure will! We have tons of Halloween toys and accessories for your dogs including special bandanas for both Halloween and fall! So, if any of you are attending the Medford Halloween Parade this coming Saturday, October 26, stop in at Pride Paws to view our fantastic Halloween selection!
